Instructions For Easy No-Bake 4th Of July Cheesecake Dessert Jars
To begin this sweet treat, start with the crust, then make the filling.
Crust

The graham crackers need to be ground into crumbs. I find the easiest way to do this is to use a food processor, but I have put them in a ziploc bag and rolled it with a rolling pin (this takes some work and a lot of patience).

- Grind up one package (9) of graham crackers into crumbs. About 45 seconds in a food processor.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a microwave-safe dish covered with a napkin or in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Slowly drizzle the melted butter into the graham crackers with the food processor turned on. You will see the crumbs start to come together.

Transfer the crust mixture into a bowl and set aside.
Creamy Filling
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, pour in two (2) cups of cold heavy whipping cream. Start on low speed and slowly increase to high (otherwise it is going to fly out all over). Beat for around one minute and then add half the vanilla. Beat another 20-30 seconds until medium soft peaks form. The whipped cream will look like soft little mountains and stick to the whisk attachment. Scrape the whipped topping into a separate bowl.

In the same bowl (no need to wash) add an 8-ounce brick of cream cheese. Beat on high for around 30 seconds, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add in the monk fruit sweetener and beat for another 30 seconds on high. You can substitute the monk fruit sweetener for white sugar (using the same amount) but the caloric and carbohydrate amounts will increase.

Stop the mixer and add in the yogurt and the rest of the vanilla and mix until combined about 30 seconds more until smooth and creamy. See how I make homemade yogurt so easily here.

Take the bowl off the mixer and add in the whipped cream topping. Very gently fold it into the creamy cheesecake mixture until combined. A rubber spatula works best for this as you do not want to lose all the air in the whipped cream. You can use cool whip in these no bake 4th of July desserts.

Here Are Some Additional Tips For Making No-Bake Desserts:

- For best results, use good quality cream cheese because you are not cooking it and want the best flavor.
- The heavy cream needs to be cold while the cream cheese works best at room temperature.
- Don’t overmix your ingredients. Overmixing can cause your dessert to be tough or dense.

- Enjoy your no-bake dessert!
