Thank you for shopping with Inspired Homemaker. Each item in our shop is chosen or created with care. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Because many of our items are handmade, small-batch, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

However, we will gladly accept a return or replacement under the following circumstances:

The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
Proof of purchase is required
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be requested

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Handmade or made-to-order items
Crochet items
Jewelry
Artwork
Digital products (if applicable)
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

These items are final sale due to their nature.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Shipping Returns

If a return is approved:

You will receive instructions on where to send your item
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
